1. Shipping

1.1. Areas

We are shipping to Austria, all other EU Countries, and Non-EU Countries. Shipping fees may differ from country to country (see checkout).

1.2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs within Austria are at a rate of EUR 5 per order and EUR 15 to Germany. Starting from a goods value of 200 euros, shipping in Austria and Germany is free. We ship our packages twice a week, so the delivery time is 5-7 working days after receipt of the order.

1.3. Export to third countries

When shipping to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland), the recipient may incur customs duties. Please inform yourself in this regard at the responsible customs authority. Additional customs fees are not included in our shipping costs. Please note that customs fees apply per package and not per order. We try to pack the packages as efficiently as possible. Due to the weight restrictions per package, however, larger orders must be divided into several packages. 

2. Returns

2.1. Avoid Returns

For our love for the environment, it is important to us to save working time and resources together by recommending that you contact us in advance via email or Instagram if you have uncertainties about the material, color, size, etc.

2.2. Returns

You can return unused goods within 14 days. In the case of a return, the return costs are on the part of the buyer. We want to raise awareness of delivery routes and thus minimize return routes.

If you want to return your order to us, please note the following points:
2.2.1. Print returns

You can find the return label here. Fill it out and enclose it with your return package so that we can assign your shipment to you when receiving it.

2.2.2. Packaging and condition of the goods

Pack the items well to avoid damage in transit. It is best to use the package and packaging materials that you received from us. Please ensure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can issue a full refund. Items returned to us broken or used cannot be refunded.

2.2.3. Franking and return shipment

Please make sure that your return has sufficient postage. In the case of parcels that are returned postage paid and parcels with insufficient postage, the resulting penalty fee from DHL of 15 € will be offset against the credit of the return. In addition, we advise you to use insured shipping. On the one hand, you can track your return. On the other hand, your shipment is insured by your shipping service provider in case of loss.

After your return has been processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 working days after the confirmation email has been sent, using the payment method you used for your purchase.
